Am I hiring the right staff

Hi master Peter,

I really need your advice on selecting the right staff to work for me. I have selected 3 candidates and wondered whether I have made the right choice to support me, a Gui yin water, rat animal? Candidates are :

1. Yi Yin wood, 1983

2. Bing yang fire, 1985

3. Yi Yin wood, 1988

Greatly appreciate your advice and wishing you happy new year.

You cannot just base on the animal sign or just the day master. Even when there are good base just on these, but if the whole charts created a difficult person for example how can he or she support you?
