Is the water element is needed

Hi, I am trying to read this chart 13 june 1976 1.30 in Bangor North Wales, female This is strong fire element, born in hot summer month and year of the fire dragon year, so far too much fire. So need water for balance? But we have recourses wood in the month pillar, so is the water (power/influence) is ok here or not? Please anybody...........

In your BaZi, it is okay. Too much water is not beneficial. When looking for balance avoid clash.

Currently it is quite hot you might find it hard to keep your money.
