BaZi Feng Shui Questions and Answers Q&A

 Hi master, for weak earth DM and fire, being the most favorable element, is completely missing in the bazi chart. In this case, does that mean even if switch career to sales & marketing (fire) related jobs, it is likely he/she will remain as a junior marketing staff, and not able to climb up the corporate ladder at all ? Please advise.

As long as his useful god AND/OR favorable gods are healthy he will be able to perform. Of course the AND is better than OR. You will have to see at least 9 characters that is the BaZi plus Ta Yun and year as one big picture.
