If a person has too much of earth & too little of metal in his bazi, so should he find a career related to metal in order to increase his lacking of metal to achieve the balancing theory of the five elements or find a career to break the over-weight earth element? Can you please provide me a clearer explanation of career choice based on bazi? Many thanks.

You must look at the whole chart and its polarity. You must also see which one is your useful Ten Gods and which one is your hostile gods.
