Dear Master,

I lived in a corner 1storey terrace house.   Looking out of the house, my left side representing the Green Dragon is a garden with plants, tall palms, flowers and bushes.  BTW, my garden is 15ft wide and the length of my house.   My immediate neighbour is also a 1 storey house.   Now the house next to my  immediate neighbour is building a double storey house which would then be higher.   Would my house be affected in the sense that the White tiger would be higher than my green dragon which is my garden OR it has no effect on my house at all after all it is not my  immediate neighbour?

Looking just at White Tiger theory, it will have some affect on your house. It is better like your house as a corner lot with bigger space.
