Day Master and luck pillar

Dear, Master Peter,

I was wondering if you could confirm if my Day Master is weak. I am female, born on March 31, 19--, time 1128.

Also, I am about to enter Wu Rat 10 yr luck pillar but I was worried if I will need to go through a big change in order to recieve the water element/winter season.. I am in the middle of deciding whether if I should stay in my current job or if it is time for me to go for another job. I really don't want to stay in my current job but I wasn't sure what would happen if the person who is missing water element meet the water luck pillar. Please enlighten me. I just started learning about Bazi. Thank you.
