Hi Master,

I live with my parents in a period 8 NE1 house. My kua number is 9 (female) and that of my mom as well. My dad his kua nr is 5. The land on which our house is build is 260' x 50'. We have much space both in the front and back yard and we live near a main road. My dad has a pond at the very end of our back yard (SW) which you can hardly see when you're near the house. Now, I'm planning to build a koi pond (4000 gallon) within the next 3 months in the front yard (NE). However, I've read that  water in the NE during period 8 is unfortunate...

Can you please give me some advice on this? 

For a Koi Pond it is advisable to get someone reputable fengshui practioner to have a look. In general NE is not very suitable.
