I and my wife liked a house. We checked the history of the ownership. It seemed the original owners changed to successor just in the past couple of years. If we buy, we want to change the stove. Also, the ownership will be changed to our name in 30 days. Do you think that is considered to change to period 8 several times within 3 years? Then, is the house still period 8 after we buy it and change to our name? Here is our finding of the history for your reference.
1. The house was built in 1967.
2. The owners (husband and wife) moved the house under their Trust in Jan 2008. The ownership of house was changed from John and Mary Luke to John and Mary Luke TR.
3. In June 2011, angain they moved the name owned the house from John and Mary Luke TR to Mark Luke TR because affidavit death settlor/trustee successor accept appoint for taking care the house.
Will the house be still period 8 after we buy and do all the change on stove and ownership?
