I read that if the day master is strong and have Row Wealth in the bazi chart then when indirect wealth or direct wealth appear in the luck piller (annual and/or decade) the day master will lose money. 

Is this true? 

If it is then when does the day master meet real wealth luck? Or people with this sort of chart can not be successful or rich.

Between merely the 2 types of ten gods yes it means money will be spend. But to see if a person can be rich or not will still need to see the whole picture – BaZi, Ta Yun and years.

How can we know whether the spending is good or bad by looking at the 10 gods? 

E.g. spending money in the casino or buying a house
