Zhang Yufei, dubbed the ‘Butterfly Queen”, is one of the biggest prospects to come from China. The 23-year old professional female swimmer won the Gold medal at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics in the Women’s 200m butterfly and the 4x200m freestyle relay.
