There are still many who are confuse when come to which zodiac or animal sign do they belong to and when is the actual starting day of Dragon year. For example, when a child is born on this coming 25 January 2012, is she belong to Rabbit or Dragon? The answer she belong to Rabbit and not Dragon. Why? This is because as long as she is born before “Li Chun” normally fall on 4 or 5 February, she is still belong to previous year’s animal or Chinese zodiac sign. This is always the case regardless when was the Chinese New Year. For example because Chinese New Year is on 23 January 2012 and “Li Chun” is only come by 4 February 2012, therefore those born between 4 Feb 2011 and 4 February 2012 belong to Rabbit.

“2012 Year of Dragon begins on February 4, 2012 6:30 PM"

and

"2012 Chinese New Year Day is on January 23, 2012”

Even the above is the case, many will great each others “Happy Dragon Chinese New Year”. This is alright as long as you know which date to use when come to fengshui and BaZi Four Pillars applications.

Now, how about those born on the day of “Li Chun” or in Cantonese “Lap Chun”? For this you will need to refer to “Ten Thousand Years Calendar 萬年曆 wan nian li” which indicate the exact time when “Li Chun” is taking place. “Ten Thousand Years Calendar 萬年曆 wan nian li” does not actually means it has ten-thousand years. It merely means ‘a great many’. This Ten Thousand year calendar is use for fengshui, BaZi Four Pillars of Destiny, Date Selection,
