Once a person involved in something bad for example lawsuits, became very sick, involved in an accident and etc., he or she will definitely want to know what are the outcome that is going to be. The outcome will now depend on his or her following years luck. If the following years show that no further disaster and are instead good for him or her, he or she will come out alright or even win the lawsuit and get compensated. There are many cases when a sick man wants to know if he is going to recover or not. This will depend on his coming years’ condition. Take another example; a bankrupt will clear his or her name if only he or she have wealth luck in his or her coming years.
Now get back to her. She was arrested in 1999 and guess what was going to happen to her in 2000? In order to see what was going to happen to her we need to look at her 2000 year. 
Chart 1. Her 2000. This year both her "Indirect Resource"Pian-yin 偏印 (卩) were combined and transformed into "Indirect wealth" Pian-cai 偏财 (才) !!! Her hostile gods became extremely strong. So you know what was the answer right? She spent the whole 2000 year in prison in a very harsh and terrified condition. She was waiting for her court sentence. Until now you might want to ask what will be her most or best useful gods? It is "Indirect Resource"Pian-yin 偏印 (卩) , "Direct Resource" Zheng-yin 正印 (印) , "Rob wealth" Jie-cai 劫财 (劫) or "Friends" Bi-jian 比肩 (比)? No not any of the above.
