Missing element seems to be worrying too many people. The ‘Missing Element’ question is a common question posed to me frequently.

Before your fret, first you need to double check if it is really missing. Then you need to check if you really need this missing element. Will this missing element cause your useful Ten Gods being harmed and being suppressed or even being killed? It is only bad when your Useful favorable Ten Gods 喜用神 are cornered and hurt.

Here I have an example. He does not have any fire in his chart but he has being quite successful.

Henry Tang Ying-yen, is a Hong Kong politician who served as the Chief Secretary of Hong Kong between 2007 and 2011.

Fire is totally missing from his chart and fire only reveal only in his 2023 and 2033 TaYun. Does this means he has to wait until 2023 at the age of 70 before he has any good fortune. Of course not and by knowing his history this is totally the opposite.

His BaZi is lack of fire but his BaZi does not like fire.

He was named Global Leader for Tomorrow by the World Economic Forum in 1993 and won the Young Industrialist of Hong Kong award in 1989. Between 1995 and 2001 he served as the Chairman of the Federation of Hong Kong Industries. He was also a Committee Member of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce and a Steward of the Hong Kong Jockey Club. He was also the Chairman of the Provisional Construction Industry Co-ordination Board (PCICB) before joining the government.

Henry Tang is listed in our database of the famous people.
