Almost all FengShui book and website that you read will tell you that one of the most disastrous situations in FengShui is living or working in a property at the end of a T-junction. Many will tell you that calamity will fall upon you within six months and I find this quite exaggeration.

For home or your house, yes most probably living with a T-Junction facing you is not good. This is because of the rushing Qi towards your home. It is true that it is not good to live at the end of a t junction, but only to a certain extent. It is not good, especially if it is a fast moving road but there are many occasions you can benefit from. If your house is facing a T-junction, you can rectify the problem by using trees, plants, plant pots, fence and even awnings. A good Feng Shui Practitioner can integrate the nature as remedies instead of asking you to buy expensive stuff and they can integrate a cure that works in synergy with the environment; this part is actually very important and most of the time can be overlooked by today’s FengShui Practitioners.

For business, building that faces T-junctions may be good if you know how to capture the Qi and transform those Qi for your own use. Have you notice that many shops, retail outlets and workshops that face T-junction, they have enjoyed superb success even with some store at the end of this T-Junction. If you can transform the Qi for your own good, which represent s virtual slow moving water which is good for some type of business.

You may have heard that placing a Pa Kua mirror at the end of a T-Junction is very good; but unfortunately this is not always necessary. Everyone knows that we need Qi to survive and for our business to prosper, our shops need the correct form of Qi. One must be able to capture those rushing Qi and transform them into slower, smoother in order for us to achieve prosperity.
