WAYS TO ENHANCE STUDY ABILITY

Dear Master Peter

My son is 16 years old this year and will be sitting for his GCE "O" Levels examination in about Oct/Nov 2009.  The problem with him is that he lack the motivation/discipline to study or revise for the upcoming exams and has done badly for his mid-year exam.  From the general feedback I gotten from his teachers and through my years of observation, he is not someone who cannot excel in his studies but is rather someone who is not motivated.  At times when he is in the "mood" to prepare for a certain test/exam, he didi pretty well test/paper.

Through some advice which I have gotten, I have put a 9 tier crystal pagoda and a flying horse on his study desk in this bedroom which is on the second level of our house.  However, these don't seem to help much as he does not always study at his study desk.  Sometimes, he will study at the dinning table on the first level or sometimes at the empty space near the staircase at the first level.

Would appreciate if you could provide me with some guidance as I am worried.

Thank you.

Hi,

During the month 9 08/10/2009 to 07/11/2009 boost the academic sector at South by having a glass of Water and at the NorthWest post 4 lucky bamboos. During this month, it particular strong at this sector. And during this period, swith on the fan at this South sector or play some smooth music (when your son is not studying here).

And from now on if possible get him to sleep at the "Tian Yi" sector. This sector will depend on your main entrance facing and your house's period.

Regards,

Dear Master Peter

Thank you for your reply.

My house period is no. 7 and main door is facing NW1 292.6 - 307.5 and based on the chart from your website, the "Tian Yi" sector is at the South which is the balcony connecting the living room and kitchen on the first level and on the second level, this is a "missing" area. Hence it would not be possible for my son to sleep in this sector.  Is there any other ways to overcome this problem?

My son's current bedroom is at the West sector on the second level.  Is this suitable for him?

Your kind attention is greatly appreciated and looking forward to receiving your early reply.  Thank You.
