After reading your article on "Basic Rules of Feng Shui Before You Buy A House : 12 types of houses to avoid",
my parents' house happen to face several apartments building & mall and  the buildings are very near.
This complex just being built in the past 3 years.

My parents live in the second floor and open a chemical store in the first floor. Now the business becomes slow down.

My parents own the house for more than 20 years.

What can fengshui do to cure the house/store ?

This is not easy to cure since the environment Qi is block. Will need to see the actual space b4 I can say anything.
