Really need your help as my husband has been looking for a job for a while. Per your site on Career success, "Career sectors is always changing depending on your house's main facing and house's period. Yearly and monthly career sectors are changing also....Just put a galss of water at the star 4 sector and 4 lucky bamboos at the star 1 sector. "

1. Can you pls advise if the sectors for Star 4 and 1 here refers to which flying star - natal, annual, or monthly flying stars sectors. If all are to be considered, which has more priority.

2. If based on natal flying star, if both mountain and water star are untimely in one of the sectors , should I still proceed to put both water in sector 4 and bamboo in sector 1 or only the sector with timely mountain and water star?

Annual and monthly are more active. This depends on what you want to aciheve. If for example if in a particualr year you want promtion than use the year as well as the month.
