Dear Master Peter: Based on the Chinese Tong Su, we plan to have the house ground breaking date on July 20, 2011. However, the actual construction / house building date will fall somewhere in the middle of August (due to the processing of work / building/ subdivision permits), which coincidentally is the Chinese ghost month. Does it matter if we still push through with the actual construction during the ghost month, since we already did the house ground breaking in July 20, 2011 ?

Once grund breaking is performed, it is considered construction is started. Therefore it is fine to do constructon in to following months. Cheers. |
