Hi Peter, I am thinking to buy a new house. The house was built in 1965. We don't know if the current owner changed the stove or not because they have been renting out. I think to buy it as the facing is more than 3 stars (both: use garage or front door as entrance) in period 8 if I change the stoves. Disregardless if the owner or renter just changed stoves after 2004 or not, I am going to buy new sotves and change it. So, does the house will be still period 8 if I change to new stoves while the renter/owner has changed after 2004 already? Thank you. Bob
