Thanks for your guidance on my previous query.

Prior to my previous query about career suitability and choices may I ask by looking at one's Bazi Chart, is it really able to determine when its the best time in one's life path/destiny to do something or not do something? Pardon me for asking about my career worries again, after a chat with my friend about the partnership issue. I think there's leg in it to work this thing out in the near future, hence meanwhile I can try to work out other form of arrangement rather then forgo it totally, and also to heed your advice not to put myself into a bad timing again for my business start up like before. Master Peter, would you be able to just give me a rough guideline when will it be good for me to start again, if you mentioned the timing is not right now. 

Ive got some so much uncertainty right now, hope to hear from you and I thank and appreciate your kindness and guidance.
