Nee your help. I am thinking to buy a house which was built back to 1970s. Since then, there have been several times of ownership transfer. The current owner bought this house in 1996 and they changed their stoves to new ones in 2008. I checked that will become period 8 for the house, the current period. If I buy this house now and want to change to my new own stoves, does that mean the house double transfers to period 8? Is it still period 8 after I change to my own new stoves? Whatelse should I do to activate the period after installing the stoves?

Once change to period 8, it will stay at period 8 unless you change it to period 9 when period 9 arrived at 2024.

Thanks for confirm it will say at period 8.

The ownership will be changed to my name after the purchase and we definitely want to have our own new stoves. Are all these ok doing, not affecting its current period 8 status?
