Does the ground level of a house lower than the street level from the living room and facing side necessarily mean bad luck?
There is a 15 m depth of a nice garden in front and only after that 2.5 m or 20 steps up to the  front street ? The street in the sitting side and the bedrooms side is the same level with ground floor. It really feels like a lower terrace not like going down, as the space is very large.

Hi,

Lower level place as a slightly more `yin' location where a house below road level may not necessarily be bad. With excellent external environement, not too deep or angled depth, and spacious it can be a good house Here, you mentioned ground level, if you occupies 2 floors and only the ground floor is lower, than it can be a good house.

However, it has to depend on a case-by-case basis. But, the noticable sign is that your home is not alone in the neigbhourhood. And there are many homes within your perimeter. This is just a general description and each site differs. The above should not be construed as a common answer for all such sites. For example, some sites can be good but, without good government infrastructure and external environmen, it can be the reverse situation.
