Thanks Master. Yes I live in my current flat for 10 years and been wanting to change. I am getting my property agent to see if I can afford. I am also thinking to go for a shift before 2026 and 2027 where u advised I should not let go of long term investment. Do you see me successful in changing a flat in 2023 and 2024? Though you said 2029 I am likely to have my own property but my mum very insistent to move now. Hope to seek your guidance. Thank you.

There are changes in 2023 and 2024 which include shifting. You can start looking now. Cheers.
