Hi Master Yap Regarding your comments in my ten year report for 2022. You mention if I am to make any changes I should do it from August onwards. What kind of changes are we talking about? Do you see me transferring or have a new role? Thank you.

These are the changes that initiated and come from you which you would to ask for example ask for more help from your boss to lighten your workload. Do
you see me transferring or have a new role? The chances are there but it might not materialize or not to your satisfactory as there are bad people try
to mess up. Cheers.

Hi Master I also like to bump up this thread for further questions. From August onwards, would it also meant my career luck is better? For example less crap from boss and colleagues. Sadly staying low doesn't help and it gives me more and more work. Are you sure there is even an promotion in sight for 2025? Honestly I can't see myself hanging on. Everyone is making big ideas but end up I do their dirty work. |

Perform accordingly to your scope, as long as within your territory you can provide ideas, debate, argue, ask for help/support and so on. You need to engage with people, just don’t meddle with others’ work and don’t try to show off. It should improve. 2024 and 2025 are better. Cheers.
