I am currently 27 and enrolled in University but suffering from a lack of motivation
and direction. After being somewhat derailed at 19 I found myself
falling into depress and apathy while never accepting the reality of
my circumstances. I would appreciate any advice. Thank you Master.

There are many clashes in these few years. You must not get too worried about the age thingy. Different people have different
pace. It doesn't matter, but what matter is the outcome. You need to
have an aim. Aiming for what you want in life. Once you have it, things will get smoother. Relax and don't compare with others. Practice gratitude it can works wonders. Cheers.
