Emergency work in the South (Feng Shui)

Dear Master Peter,

I have a foundation problem in the South part of my home and will need to do emergency repairs.  The foundation is sinking because of a water damage.  The troubled area is comprised of the south part of the house and includes the outdoor covered patio sharing the same roof as the house.  Workers will likely remove the flooring inside and outside the house, and replace some of the foundation beams.  I know that the South is plagued with  #2 Star and the 3 Killings this year.  What should I do?  Is there any cure I can install during the work?   Would there be a less damaging month to do this work?  Should I postpone the repair until next year?  What will potentially happen to us?

I am awfully worried about this and have been trying to avoid it at all cost.  But it is getting pressing.

Thank you,

Lady Dragon

If possible, postpone the repair until next year.

If you still need to do it, don't start straightaway at your South sector. Start from SouthWest or South East slowly going toward South. This will reduce the impact. Find a good day to start.

Put a "5 elements arrangements" in your South sector, you should have it in your 2028 FengShui essential 2018WuXuDogYear.pdf.

Monthly 3 killing is also in the South between 00:14am 07/12/2020 -- 11:18am 05/01/2021 5 1 戊 子  WuZi month. Avoid renovating during this time.

Cheers.
