I have been reading resume my whole life. Just finished reading some outstanding resume for the pass few hours. All candidates have good degrees. Can good characters like hard working, not wicked, with dream (high expectation), team player, well mannered, polite etc be identified by just looking at their bazi without birth hour? Thank you. With their full chart you can get to see what you want but without hour it is hard to say. For senior positions, you can always insist on sighting their birth certs. Hiring is easy but firing can get harder. Cheers.
