Hi there, I am finding hard to undestand how to find the host and guest for a bazi chart. Like for this year, is the heavenly stem of the year a host to the erathly branch or the hidden stems of this year or the month branch or stem and how do the react tp the relationship?

BaZi is 主 host, TaYun/years/months are 客 guests. It is complicated but crucial to see how the host reacts to guests. This is why I created a set of rules for my students to follow; using "GROWTH FORCE" for each element, their positions etc in relation to their Ten Gods 十神 to clearly see what is going on. Cheers.
