I have the same question about the period of a house. Should we consider major renovations when we just do it in part of a house? In my case I only did full renovations in the Kitchen and WC but did't change anything at the rest of the sectors.

If you did major renovation with your kitchen plus stove changed it should be period 8.

Thank you for the clarification.

 It is bad. Well, I really don't know because I am not sure about the house facing direction. I did it several times and it falls between 289º-294º. Since W is until 292,5º and then 293º is already NW, how can we be sure?
Are there any process to help us decide which should we pick? If the house facing is W then it is a 4,5 star house, but if it face NW then there is only 1 star(Bad House).

Finding the correct facing is the hardest task. Try facing your door from outside and take the reading. Then plus 180 will be your door facing. Very often magnetic inside a house can make it hard to get the correct reading.
