Chinese name change (Bazi)

Hi Master Is it true that to make up the missing element in Bazi, just change the Chinese name and insert missing element will help balance the Bazi?

This is more psychology especially when someone is in his bad luck cycle. If you have a good BaZi, even with names that have your bad inauspicious elements you will  be successful. Take an example, Tan Sri Dato Seri (Dr.) Lim Goh Tong  林梧桐, wood was his bad elements, he had 4 woods in his name,  but he  was a prominent wealthy Malaysian Chinese businessman.
