Where is the boat? (Bazi)

Hi Peter,

I read your articles (Evaluating your marriage luck and Solitary Life) about Love in the Bazi section. I guess I’m kinda lost and am seeking for some advice in that department.

I’m curious about what you meant by, “The truth is for some people as far as the destiny analysis goes, some people are better off being single.” Could you please elaborate on that?

Yes I agree with you that having strong Output element rightly translates to me having high standards/expectations. I did have suitors in the past but nothing has materialised so far. One of my classmates who has the same birthdate as me married in 2013/2014! So I can’t help but wonder if I have sadly missed the boat. By now, I deduced that my spouse element (Fire) is actually not favourable to me and is somewhat weak. The strong Water Ta Yun probably douses out any prospective suitors!

In addition, a few Bazi enthusiasts who consulted my chart reckoned a late marriage would be better for me…. not sure why though. According to them, this year is good for relationships but next year would be better. One even advised me to not date this year to prevent me from committing to anything before meeting the “right one in 2017”. I’m uncertain if I should heed their advice. There is an expiration date on a lady’s youth so I don’t feel like throwing away chances of being happy in a devil-may-care manner.

So if you could shed some light on if I’m better off alone, if I have missed the boat or if the boat has yet to arrive, it would be way appreciated! Oh and should I lower my expectations?

Many thanks,

Mustard Music

“The truth is for some people as far as the destiny analysis goes, some people are better off being single.” If he knows that he is going to suffer should he still get married? But sometmes he does not have many choices.

Your boat has yet to arrive.

Cheers.

Thank you for your reply, Peter. If someone has strong Output element and weak Spouse element like me, would it be better if we lower our expectations?

You do not need to lower your expectation. Rather than lower your expectation be more mindful how you carry yourself especially when with your suitors. We’re all “read” unconsciously by the people around us and we convey our attitudes through our non-verbal signals. Yes your spouse star being suppressed but by working your soft skills you are in a much better position.

Spouse star and output are not in good position and directly clashing. You are not lack of suitors but they keep slipping away. Again you need to wait.

Cheers.

Many thanks Peter for your enlightenment. I will change the way I carry myself around people to create better impression.
