Dear Master Peter, If Bi Jian & Jie Cai are the wealth elements of a weak day master, If a weak day master being combined to become jie cai, is the originally weak day master becomes strong day master if there are many jie cai in the bazi?

In term of what they represent as wealth yes they are the same. But there are differences in other areas.
If there are many 劫比 it should already by strong. If it is weak day master being combined does not necessary make it strong. Need to see other conditions. Cheers.
