New home (Feng Shui)

Dear Master

Good day to you.  Cold greeting from Germany.

Recently I've been posted to Stuttgart @ Germany by my company for a 4 years period starting from February this year together with my family (wife and 13 years old daughter).  On 28 Feb 2014, I move in to the new rental apartment, this is a blank new apartment and we're the first tentant.

There are 2 doors at the apartment, one door is accessible by staircase while another door is accessible directly by the lift.  Both doors are facing North 24 degree when I"m standing from outside with compass facing to the house, while the compass reading is 200 degrees when I stand in the apartment inside with compass pointing to the outside.   Both readings are taken from the door accessible by the lift (as we use this door the most).  May I know which is my correct facing then? The north (N3) or the South (S3) as house facing?

I intend to purchase the "House consultation" package from you, is it ok and accurate to do the home analysis when the apartment does not belong to me?  I've used your services before and you're always the best master that I've came across.

Looking forward to hear from you soon

Eric

Hi Eric,

Congratulation! It has been slightly more than a year since the last time I heard from you.

The reading from outside looking it is North 24° therefore from inside looking out will be South 204°.

Your facing should be SW1 South West 202.6°-217.5°

It is accurate to do the home analysis even the apartment does not belong to you - if good than it is beneficial.

Cheers.

Dear Master,

Many thanks for the great information.   Largely my current success owe very much to your advice and recommended remedies that got me out of the troubling situation many years back.  Since then both my luck and career have been smooth and rewarding.

I've a last question that need your advise on the apartment.  I wanted to suppress "Wu Gui" and activate "Tian Yi" sector of my apartment, but was confused with the conflicting stars at both of these sectors.   According to SW1 house facing, "Wu Gui" is at N sector of the apartment, but in year 2014 the auspicious star 9 flies into N sector.   Whereas "Tian Yi" is at sector NW of the apartment, but year 2014 the troubling star 5 flies into NW sector.

So in this case do I follow the house flying stars <or> do I follow the year (2014) flying stars?  Do I place the water element (a small water fountain) at the N sector or at the NW sector?

Lastly, there is a large mountain behind this apartment (balcony facing), but there is no water structure at the front of the house.   Do I need to send you the apartment photos (inside and outside) for a more accurate study in the house audit ordering?

Many thanks in advance.

Eric

8 mansions and flying stars are two form of Feng Shui. When come to placement there are addition and subtraction being taken into consideration. Activate Tian Yi you can put large leaf plant and to suppress Wu Gui you can put dried gourd.

When come to flying stars, first make sure your house's Feng Shui is good and then keep yourself alert on the yearly FS.

For house audit ordering, please send me the outdoor photos.

Cheers.
