We bought a new house, NE3 facing. There is a big healthy tree in front of the front door. The tree is taller than the house, and block a lot of light of the entrence. I check the surroundings, there is no othe "cha qi" threaten the house. I would like to remove the tree? Is that all right? Shall I do it before I move into the house? Can I leave the stump? Is there any other concern? Thank you for your guidance.

You remove the tree. Tree stump are also bad Feng Shui as they represent and look like tomb stones. So remove the stump.

Cheers.
