I have trouble determining whether a day master is week or strong?

Some books suggest that if the Day Master stem is born in season then it is strong?  EG. Strong DayMaster would be like Water Stem in Winter,Wood in Spring or Metal in Autumn.

My confusion is with this:

EG. If the Day Master is Bing Fire with Ren Tiger branch born in Ji (Yin Earth) Chou (Ox) winter month

On the surface this would make it a weak Day Master right, since the Bing Fire Day Master is born in the winter?

However, if all the branch elements that forms Spring, such as Ren (Tiger), Mau (Rabbit) and Chen (Dragon). Since, Bing Fire within Spring branches would make the Fire Day Master strong right?

Also the Fire Day Master is supported by the Ren(Tiger) wood Branch to assist the fire, so the fire cannot be so weak?

I am bit confused as to whether the Day Master is strong or weak in this situation, your advice would be helpful begginer learner of bazi.

You cannot base on season alone to determine the quality of the daymaster especailly if the season main Qi is earth. There is no short cut on how to determine the quality of the daymaster.

I had difficulty and do not enough time to read each individual's DOB. Therefore, any questions, added with such information, I will have to usually skip answering any of the additional questions. If I start expalining here more questions will come.
