Almanac and the day of returning from a trip

Hi Master Peter,
Regarding the trip, I still have the following questions:
1. Except to pick a good day to start traveling, do we need to pick up a good date for returning home.
2. I usually pick up the date that is marked with red and yellow dots because red day is excellent and while the yellow day is auspicious date.  However, I am bothered by the day of name. For example, some dates with red dot are depicted with "danger day, " or "destruct day". i.e. July 8. Some dates with grey dot (inauspicious date) are depicted with "open day, " or "initiate day, " which seem good days. i.e. July 23 or July 5.
Do we need to look at the name of the date or do we just need to look if it is excellent (red dot) or auspicious (yellow dot) date?
What about a date with green dot (fair day), is it ok to travel that day?
3. By the way, Chine Lunar July is avoided to do anything because of traditional ghost month. Is it ok to travel during this time period?

1. It up to you. But for me so far I do not use to pick a return date. Exception like returning home after an abroad surgery.

2. day's name can be very scary. But do not worry, the date is mostly depend on what you intend to do. for example "danger day" is normally not good for dangerous activity like flying your own aircarft. Some days have good name but spoiled by having the bad stars.

3. People said lunar 7 month is bad. Is correct in term of spiritually  but not  in term of feng shui.

Can I choose a day marked with green dot which is "fair" as your website described. Is that ok to travel on a fair day?
