Changing to period 8

Thank you for your reply. Can the following criteria be consider as changing to period 8 :

The first owner purchase this condo on 3rd of June 1994. I moved in on Sept 2004.

Carried out renovation such as painting the whole unit, fixing up new grills, changing new cooking hood, changing some portion of ceiling cornices and putting up new kitchen cabinets.

Did the ownership changed when you moved in? If yes, then is period 8.
