It can be hard for you. There are petty people 小人 around you who try to sabotage. You need to grab opportunity when they come. 

Master I really no chance from 2024 to 2026? Is there any worst year I should be careful?

Master let me share here  I divorce in 2001 and now got two boyfriends. The other one I am with him for over decades but he is divorcee with grown up kids and never acknowledge me to remarry. I recently met another one in office 7 years younger than me, he has terrace house, car and look after his mum alone. I know he likes me and I take chances to care for him and mum so he can help me with work and chauffeur me around. We kept our relationship secret. My boss also gives me good grade for my appraisal these few years because I told him I got to take care of my elderly parents (but truth is I have maid and my sis and bil is taking turns to help) and this year to secure my chances I also bad mouth one female colleague competing with me for the same rank to my team so that I have better chance to win her. I also made new colleagues as my allies to win support and get them to distant this female colleague. Recently I also lunch with my boss and lied that the lady bullied me (though she has zero interactions with me), he trusts me so now he distant from her also and say he will fight the promo chance for me.

Last for record, I did a lot of good deeds by volunteering old folks home, donation, temple prays and help the male colleague mother for caregiving, I also gave good advice to allies on their personal lives and how I work as a caregiver. All these surely I am good enough to be rewarded?

Doing good deeds is good but is best when you do not expect any returns. 

I done so much surely I can be promoted? Can you at least let me know if this year and next year I got chance? I will buy your services after that. Please Master....
