In my report you encouraged me to stay as this two years I have chances of promotion.
To be honest, my previous team appreciate my existence and promoted me for my work. Sadly they have left in 2017, and 2018 and 2019 I am with a new team. My work volume increases and I been helping everyone in Dept and my work is recognised by other section but not my team. Given with these quantity of work, I believe my then male direct boss would have promoted me. my new female bosses born 25 Feb 1976 and 2 April 1977 have been listening to this female colleagues born on 26 Sept 1978 and 3 Apr 1977. These petty people been hiding things from me.. ask me to keep them in the loop of everything but she did not do the same and she has been bad-mouthing to my bosses. I feel that my hard work credit are often stolen by her and when there is prob I take the blame. My bosses just kept quiet. You probably ask why do I keep writing in to ask on promotion because I m asking for a milestone of my own..My mum is old and I want her to see me promoted. I thought by being honest at work..One day my hard work will pay off.
I really have the urge to leave my job. With the covid matters, I am helping out with my team I m working daily from 8am to 11pm. Is really sad that I am not known as a team mate by them. Should I really stay on or ask for a transfer now?
