I will be going through Fu Yin luck cycle next year for my day pillar, is there any advice that you can give eg. things that I should not do?

Your next TaYun is 辛亥 there is no 伏吟 aka 天同地同. This is your better TaYun starting by June 2018 but there is a couple of years that you need to be careful with your health.
