Double 3 in NE sector for month of July

Dear Master Peter,

I understand that double star 3 is located at sector NE for month of July, for my house the open balcony is situated at the NE sector - mine is a 2 storey maisonette apartment, so the NE at 1st floor is the open balancy & the NE at 2nd floor is an empty void space.  Please advice if Double 3 has any effect to us for this year? or do I still have to place the 2 red packets at the balcony?

Since NE are either open balcony or void space, the effect is very mild. If you want you can put a pink packet.

And from your bazi, it shows some minor effects thus do keep in control and try to avoid any confrontation this year.
